At BelleFlex®, every Belleville washer and Belleville disc spring we manufacture meets or exceeds customer specifications, even for the most demanding applications.
In both mass production and custom design, we employ the standard calculations of DIN 2092 to create a disc spring or washer with predictable deflection for a given load. Our disc springs and washers may be used singly or stacked in series, in parallel, or in parallel sets in series. We provide certificates of compliance free-of-charge and additional certifications are available to meet your requirements.
